ROSELLA INTERIORS

Located on one of Wales’ most recognisable streets, this project sits at the heart of Swansea’s lively cultural and nightlife quarter, an area known for its historic architecture, independent venues, and strong evening economy. The building has been transformed into a scheme of twelve fully furnished serviced apartments, with our involvement spanning from early floor plan development through to full interior design delivery, working closely with the contractor throughout. The interior scheme is intentionally bold, moody, and edgy, reflecting the energy of its surroundings through rich tones, layered textures, and a confident, contemporary aesthetic.
