ROSELLA INTERIORS

This seventy one unit residential scheme in Stevenage was designed with the modern renter in mind, responding to the town’s ongoing regeneration and growing appeal to young professionals seeking high quality living outside central London. The brief from the developer was to create interiors that feel contemporary, fresh and aspirational, while remaining practical and enduring.
The design approach focuses on a light, airy aesthetic, using a calm, neutral colour palette layered with soft tones and subtle contrasts to create spaces that feel open and easy on the eye. Clean lines, uncluttered layouts and modern finishes underpin the scheme, complemented by carefully considered textures and materials to add warmth and depth without visual heaviness.
